Prettier for backend

Description

Adds prettier config and formats whole backend. I also ran pnpm run lint:fix. The correct format is now required by the ci, just like the frontend. I also added the pre commit hook for it. Ill fix the eslint errors soon since they are mostly unused variables and then we can use pnpm run validate like in the frontend.
