Rearranges all of the contents of the engine folder to a src folder and moves sine.sys.mjs in that folder as well. For the sake of not breaking the updating system again and also for elegance, I've kept
engine.jsonin the root directory.The rest of the updating system shouldn't change either due to the fact that the package.py script is still handling compiling all the data into a singular zip with the same format as before.
