Single APA processing mode for rolling expansion

Single APA processing realizing Dom's idea for dune-vd and dune10kt-vd
NOT fully tested at this time due to time limitation.

Implemented part:

• Single APA mode (single-sp, single-sim, single-sim-sp)
  • tested for dune-vd
  • tested running for dune10kt-vd
• hydra for 1x8x14 - NOT tested

Not implemented part:

• the dune10kt-vd geom inconsistency Dom discovered was NOT fixed in this PR.
