Introduces a platform abstraction layer (PAL) under src/platform/ so the app can be built for both miyoomini (original target) and portmaster (R36S / ArkOS / DarkOS) by setting PLATFORM= at compile time. Platform-specific headers selected via -I../../src/platform/$(PLATFORM): - platform_paths.h : file paths (hardcoded on miyoomini, $GAMEDIR-based on portmaster) - platform_brightness.h : display brightness (GPIO/PWM vs sysfs backlight) - platform_input.h : input events (evdev vs SDL2 game controller) Application code is unchanged; all ifdef guards are replaced by the include-path selection mechanism. Also adds: - Dockerfile.r36s + scripts/build_r36s.sh : cross-compile for aarch64 - scripts/package_portmaster.sh : assemble dist/portmaster/ deploy folder - portmaster/telmi.sh + telmi.gptk : PortMaster launcher files - src/platform/portmaster/README.md : build and deploy instructions

I've implemented PortMaster support to allow to run Telmi on r36s like handhelds. i've done my best to separate the platform specific functions but it's my try at C code and i don't really know if it's the way to go...
Feel free to ask for change or trash my PR.
I'm keeping this as a draft PR until I can confirm the Miyoo Mini build still works as expected.
