What does this PR do?
Enhancement:
Add control on credentials for providers, allowing to control more precisely the identity running the detonation/revert.
This doesn't allow to control the identity of the terraform yet, it will come in a separate PR that will handle the remote state.
Motivation
Soon™️ we are going to open source a wrapper for stratus to run it as a service. It requires some modifications in the core.
