Looks like scan_spec 0.9.0 -> 0.9.1 was a pretty big breaking change with two specs (Line and Spiral) changing behaviour/API and one (Mask) being deleted. @coretl was this meant to be a patch release or should it have been 0.10.0?

Should have been 0.10.0. Does anything need to be done now, or just a note for the future?

Oh sorry my bad. In my mind I thought the larger changes were already released. It should indeed be 0.10.0

I'm not sure. We could change our dependency to ==0.9.0 or wait for 0.10.0 and use that.

Looking at it I don't know if we should be depending on scanspec at all. The only use in blueapi code is in tests and I think even that could be replaced with a serialized version. That might be an easier fix for now - I'll see if that would work.

@hyperrealist I will yank scanspec==0.9.1. Please remove the 0.9.1 git tag and then release 0.10.0
