Added stage control plans to Trigger_PandA

Closes #126

Adds a loop to move between wells and alternate forward/backward rotation. Will need further altering to account for how the well coordinates are parsed into the function (currently assumes a dictionary where the key = the well number (int), and the value, a list of 3 coordinate values (x,y,z).
