Further converting DeX to scalable infrastructure

During the development of DeX during the spring of 2021. The developers researched into converting DeX into a microservice based architecture and then hosting that architecture with container orchestration. The research could be finished during that semester but the implementation was not possible at that time. That is why the developers created a strategy guide on how to continue this conversion.
