This repository contains the notebooks used during a project for Spatial Statistics and Machine Learning (UU 2023). Dataset creation can be found in the appropriately named ipynb. Spatial RF model creation and analysis can be found in the appropriate rmd. Credits and dataset sources can be found below, original datasets not included (available upon request).
