https://goc.egi.eu/ is no longer involved in the EOSC Core, so the
EOSCCoreproject and it's child NGIs can be deleted. The script goes through the following NGIs by ID (they are all under the EOSCCore project) and deletes them.
Once that’s done, there will be no NGIs under the
EOSCCoreproject, and the script will delete the project as well (by ID): https://goc.egi.eu/portal/index.php?Page_Type=Project&id=3091
