Lambda max regression is a common spectrophotochemical technique utilized to, among other things, infer the concentration of an analyte in a solution by constructing a calibration curve from known concentrations of an analyte. This spreadsheet automates the finding of the lambda max values for each data entry and computes a calibration curve.
