Distribute Findlibaec.cmake module for use by HDF5 library consumers

Add Findlibaec.cmake module to HDF5 installation and update configuration for libaec dependency.

• Installation:
  • Add Findlibaec.cmake to installation in CMakeInstallation.cmake.
  • Install to ${HDF5_INSTALL_CMAKE_DIR}/Modules.
• Configuration:
  • Update CMAKE_MODULE_PATH in hdf5-config.cmake.in to include Modules directory.
  • Modify find_dependency for LIBAEC to use package name directly in hdf5-config.cmake.in.
