Simplified API and AI skill for structured flowsheets

Changes proposed in this PR:

• simplify the decorator syntax
• rename FlowsheetRunner to StructuredFlowsheet
• add info for an AI "skill" to create a new flowsheet using the StructuredFlowsheet API
