Version 1.5.3 - Broader compatibility

EpiCure release with broader python compability: epyseg dependency is now handled through Appose, so EpiCure is not limited anymore to 3.10. Napari versions can also be greater (until 0.7.0 the current version) and EpiCure can be installed from the bundled app version.
Export/Import to TrackMate handled directly in EpiCure.
Small bugs fixes
Temporal plots for pyside2 are in browser
