This is just a sketch from a few weeks ago to explore the idea of performing multipart uploads concurrently. I probably won't have any time to work on this in the near future, but I wanted to put it up essentially as filing an issue but with a bit of code.
This would require a concurrency-friendly backend like JuliaCloud/AWS.jl#396 (or a bugfixed HTTP one).
