Haptic Time of Flight Nosepoke

Overview

• A pyControl compatible device for detecting rat nose pokes and delivering liquid rewards
• Everything is open source to encourage users to replicate, customize, repair, and upgrade their own hardware

Features

• Haptic feedback from vibration motor
• Time of flight sensor to acquires distance measurements (mm resolution) independent of object's reflectance
• Controllable white light for illuminating the nosepoke
• Delivers liquid rewards through an integrated channel
