readme: add DeepWiki badge and AI search section to README

Description

This PR integrates DeepWiki into the project's README to enhance documentation accessibility and searchability. Specifically, it:

• Adds the "Ask DeepWiki" badge to the repository header for instant visibility.
• Adds a new "AI-Powered Documentation" section under the Documentation header, guiding users to use natural language queries for contextual answers via the Minepanel DeepWiki instance.
