Merge documentation and minor updates from master into v1

This PR merges the recent updates from the master branch into the v1 development branch. The changes include mostly documentation improvements, some CI and script updates, and minor Dockerfile adjustments. This ensures that v1 stays up to date with the latest corrections and improvements from master while preserving ongoing development.

• Removed old PNG from fetch page (RtD v0.2.3)
• Updated RtD of v0.2.3
• Updated RtD for "how to fetch connectomes" v0.2.3

Scripts and CI

• merged branch alex_documentation_updates

Other updates

• Updated MP2RAGE naming schema

Notes

• No functional changes affecting current v1 development.
• This PR is primarily to keep v1 synchronized with documentation, tests, and minor tooling updates from master.
