MRQART Server

This computer lives in the Prisma1 control room. This readme file is ~mrrc/src/readme.md

Other related servers include

• cerebro2 HPC head node also running flywheel engine listener and dicom sqlitedb creation (via gyrus mount).
• zeus RAID host for /raidzeus/ and flywheel VM host
• recontwix (aka ptx). Beefier server for offline TWIX reconstruction (yarra), multi-tilt slice angle orientation, FIRE(?).

Cron

mrrc-hdr-qa sqlite database is built on npac@cerebro w/ to access mount to dicom session store on gyrus. That db DB is sync here at 4am.
