vectorAdd_nvrtc - Vector Addition with libNVRTC

Description

This CUDA Driver API sample uses NVRTC for runtime compilation of vector addition kernel. Vector addition kernel demonstrated is the same as the sample illustrating Chapter 3 of the programming guide.
