Description
Move bifacial input checkbox from Advanced Parameters tab into the main System Design page for PVWatts. Simultaneously, update the checkbox to "true" for all PVWatts configs that have single-axis tracking selected by default (other configs have fixed roof mount where bifacial panels are not appropriate).
PySAM defaults files still need to be regenerated at which I have not been able to succeed thus far.

Unit Test Impact:
Defaults updates cause minor changes in results for affected configurations. Changing to bifacial panels, in combination with changing PVWatts to lifetime mode (already in develop), result in runtimes~ 20x the PVWatts/Single Owner runtime in the 2025.4.16 rev 2 release (total of ~33 sec runtime).
