Hey, I'm Edwin 👋

I recently graduated from HEIG-VD (School of Engineering and Management Vaud) with a Bachelor's in Software Engineering, and I'm now looking for my first job in the Swiss Romand region !

  • 🎓 Fresh Bachelor's grad — thesis on a cross-platform Smith chart tool for RF impedance matching
  • 💼 Open to work — junior software engineering roles in Romandie
  • ☕ Favourite language is probably Java, though I've touched enough things at this point that I'm not sure it'll stay that way

🎓 Bachelor Thesis — Smith Chart Tool

Built a modern, cross-platform Smith chart application for RF impedance matching — designed to actually show you what's happening step by step, unlike black-box simulators.

Key features:

  • Manual impedance matching with passive components (R, L, C, transmission lines, stubs)
  • Real-time trajectory visualization on the Smith chart + live circuit schematic
  • S1P / Touchstone file import & export, multi-band frequency highlighting
