Dear developers,
It would be convenient to have FragPipe Analyst to generate a log file with all the selected options and version, for reproducible analysis. It happens at the moment that is difficult to know what parameters were used for a certain analysis, or even which version of Fragpipe Analyst was in place when a certain analysis took place.
