- Download the latest release of the plugin.
- Upload the
userManagementOjsprofolder to your installation'splugins/generic/directory. - Log in as a Site Administrator.
- Navigate to Settings > Website > Plugins.
- Find the User Management by OJSpro plugin and enable it.
- Go to the Google reCAPTCHA Admin Console and create a new reCAPTCHA v3 key.
- Add your site domain to the key.
- In OJS/OMP, go to the User Management by OJSpro settings.
- Enable the "Enable reCAPTCHA v3" option.
- Enter your Site Key and Secret Key.
- Set your desired Score Threshold (0.5 is recommended as a starting point).
- Open the plugin settings.
- Switch to the Spam Cleanup tab.
- Select your filters (e.g., "Missing both Given and Family name").
- Click Preview Matching Users to see the count.
- Click Delete Matching Users to permanently remove them.
