This PR adds a Conjure client for the Elixir programmaing language.
It's been developed with Elixir version 1.19.3 (compiled with Erlang/OTP 28). It will set mix mode for the
iexcommand if there is amix.exsin the Neovim current directory.This should address #635 and #506
