Spec docs (and schema) are missing definition of `registerNameType`

Docs for register element list the name child element as registerNameType but does not define what that type is. No such type is found in the published Schema either. Schema indicates the type is supposed to be dimableIdentifierType, but the schma as an "authoritative" doc is highly questionable as the tooling such a SDVConv don't use it to validate input. So the real spec ends up as "whatever SDVConv accepts". That's a problematic, though fixable, condition.

Thanks for raising this bug in the documentation. The "registerNameType" needs to be replaced by "dimableIdentifierType".
The expectation is that the developers of SVD files always run their SVD files through a schema check followed by using svdconv for additional validation that goes beyond the schema checks (see: https://open-cmsis-pack.github.io/svd-spec/main/svd_validate_file_pg.html).
