Depth dumping is implemented in #551. |

This didn't dump depth as far as I remember, but the p0tables and an ir frame required by test_opengl. This was useful on computers, where cpu processing worked, but opengl didn't. |

As with new understanding, the p0 tables are not meaningful outside of the specific Kinect session when it is obtained. |
