Add Voxel PLA + PETG properties, spool container, and packages

Fills out the existing Voxel PLA and PETG materials and adds their spool + packages, plus three new PLA colors. Data is
from Voxel's official PLA+ (Pro) / PETG+ (Pro) technical data sheets and the voxelpla.com store.

Materials — properties

Filled properties on the existing 31 materials (were empty):

• 21 PLA+ HS (Pro) — density 1.23, print 200–210 °C, bed 45–60 °C
• 10 VOXELPETG+ HS (Pro) — density 1.27, print 230–260 °C, bed 60–80 °C

Values are the only spec-sheet figures with a schema home; mechanical specs (melt index, tensile, HDT, etc.) have no field
and were omitted rather than invented.

New materials (3 PLA)

Turquoise, Champagne Beige, Dark Brown — color + photo + high_speed, derived UUIDs.

Container

voxel-pla-spool-1kg — 1 kg plastic spool shared by all PLA + PETG packages (empty 215 g; hole 54.5 mm; outer 198 mm;
width 63 mm).

Packages

34 packages (24 PLA + 10 PETG), 1 kg / 1.75 mm, each linking its material to the spool with the product URL on the
package. The store exposes no SKUs or barcodes, so packages are GTIN-less for now (backfillable later).

Notes

• Photos remain on materials only; product URLs on packages only.
• Not yet included (no material/spec data available): Dark Purple PETG and the Galaxy PETG line; PLA Eggshell White / Light
  Brown / Gunmetal Blue.

Thank you very much! I noticed that there are typos in some of the files, and the slugs already exist in the DB. The files should be named pla-pro, not pla-pla. Could you please fix this first?
