Estonian language et_EE translations are present in AOSP but not enabled by default so you can't choose that language from settings language if it's not enabled from build/full-languages.mk, full-locales.mk |

As you know Estonian language is not enabled on AOSP, but it can be enabled easily and Google's repositories has Estonian translations..
But that doesn't mean that HALO does not need Estonian translation, Actually this needs Estonian translation!
Reason why:
When others port HALO to their ROMs, they may have added another languages..
Example: My ROM Dreams is 100% CM based, I have enabled Estonian language on it and I also use many of my translations on it and it would be great to have HALO app in your own language...
