Fixed ui.js where it wouldn't connect due to half of an object being thrown halfway across the file, leaving the other half broken, causing errors. Fixed positioning in index.html and style.css

Update dashboard to 2019 version.
Merge 2019 code
This is untested so I am unsure if the dashboard when put on robot wifi will actually connect, and we haven't started sending the values in the java code yet so that's also something we have to do.
Also make the ui a little bigger
It finds the is aligned print
and also undo some of the previous commit's gradient stuff
