Description Restore open source link instead of company one. Note that this one was done inside a not minor change made in direct commit, instead of Pull Request with validation.

Thansk, It's legit to don't have links to prestashop SA commercial edition in the open source website.

Hello everyone

We need a way to inform people how to download the PrestaShop installer. I'll make a new PR with a proposal.

Also, please understand that the PrestaShop Project website is not a subject for committers to control. It's an official PrestaShop communication channel. For clarity, this repository will be in read-only mode for committers.

The PrestaShop project website is supposed to be the website for the open source project. It was created during the split process.
So I guess it's not a PrestaShop SA communication channel and should be a subject for committers. Please explain this decision.
For the installer, the build process can be explain without link to PrestaShop SA website.

With committers, we work on enhancing the core of PrestaShop, including native modules and various tools. However, the role of committers does not extend to, for example, build.prestashop-project.org or prestashop-project.org. I don't think we need to specify things like this, they're perfectly logical.
