Emulator update

Swapping compiler's emulator to Global Emulator (cardinal-iss)

• removed repo-specific emulator features (GPUTest/emulator & GPUTest/common)
• added emulator-test; 2 important things -->
• Cardinal-ISS SUBMODULE & compiler testing env
• Cardinal-ISS submodule is tracked through here
• compiler scripts separated to outside of cardinal-ISS submodule - do NOT put compiler-specific changes in this submodule
• testing: vertexShader passes still; tested makefile commands as well

misc

• added 1024 thread tri main.c and 32 thread tri main.c in benchmark
