Recordly - Hide camera (preview build)

Portable Windows build (x64, unsigned) with the new hide-camera feature: the webcam can slide off-screen / fade out and come back, with configurable edge + style for exit and enter. Just run the .exe (no install needed). Windows SmartScreen may warn because it is unsigned -> More info -> Run anyway.
