Regen Bazaar

What is Regen Bazaar?

Regen Bazaar is a marketplace for Tokenized Real-World Impact (tRWI). NGOs and communities take the impact they already create, such as cleanups, reforestation, conservation, animal care, and education, and turn it into Impact Products: verifiable, ownable, tradable on-chain assets. Buyers and investors fund that impact directly, earn $REBAZ rewards, and grow their Real-World Impact Rank.

The goal is simple: make impact liquid, so capital can finally flow to the people doing the work.

The problem

  • Funding is broken at the point of trust. Trillions are earmarked for impact, but verification is slow, manual, and opaque, so capital can't move.
  • NGOs can't scale. Most stay donation-dependent, with no way to monetize the impact they've already delivered.
  • Buyers want proof. ESG-conscious capital wants verifiable impact and upside, not phantom credits.

Our solution

Regen Bazaar lets NGOs tokenize real-world impact into Impact Products, backs each one with digital Measurement, Reporting & Verification (dMRV), and lists them in an open marketplace where anyone can purchase, stake, or trade them.

How it works

How does it work?

  1. Tokenize: NGOs and communities submit real-world impact data; activities are minted as on-chain Impact Products.
  2. Verify (dMRV): Impact is evaluated through a transparent, scientifically grounded framework (impact category, beneficiary multiplier, action-based weight, time-based value) and community validation.
  3. List: Verified Impact Products go live in the marketplace for anyone to discover.
  4. Trade & Stake: Buyers purchase, stake, and resell Impact Products, earning $REBAZ rewards and a rising Real-World Impact Rank.

Verification & community validators

  • Open staking: validators lock $REBAZ to participate, ensuring accountability.
  • Public-evidence task pool: validators review publicly available posts, reports, and data behind each impact claim.
  • High consensus bar: strong validator agreement required to approve.
  • Slashing: penalizes fraudulent or negligent approvals.
  • Reputation-based rewards: quality and consistency are incentivized.
  • Dispute resolution: a review mechanism protects NGOs and communities.
