Update configuration after Play RSI, RTS and SRF transfer to the SRG SSR Apple developer account

Description

This PR updates the configuration to account for the transfer of the aforementioned apps to the SRG SSR developer account.

Testing

The configuration can be checked by running:

$ bundle exec fastlane ios appStoreAppStatus

Changes Made

• Update app configurations.
• Update Xcode version to 26.5.
• Modernize project with Xcode 26.5.
• Update linter rules.
