Adds a roleIds list to DiscordUser so services can read a member's current Discord roles straight from Mongo instead of calling the Discord API. Old documents deserialize with a null list; the repository cache-load backfills it to empty, matching how lastActivity and birthdayData are handled. Round-trip covered by tests.
