Spell out the plugin-scoped skill/agent counts in README.md ("three skills, zero plugin agents") so the doc-count drift guard does not read them as repo-wide totals (truth: skills=20, agents=13). Mirrors the existing "10 portable skills" phrasing convention the guard was designed around.
