The dashboard visualizes:

The dataset contains responses from 630 individuals, offering a snapshot of the modern data industry.

- Average Age of Respondents: 29.87 years
- Career Switch Rate into Data: 59.05%
- Work/Life Balance Satisfaction: 5.74 / 10
- Salary Satisfaction: 4.27 / 10
