StarLet File Transfer Utility
This is an utility to transfering VMS's files over the TCP/IP network to a remote non-VMS hosts, a like the FTP or SFTP but with additional features: resuming broken transfers and generating FDL file to help restoring RMS's attributes on VMS hosts.
