Utsuwa moves from MIT to AGPL-3.0-or-later, effective with the 0.12.1 release.
Why: MIT allows closed-source hosted clones that never share changes back. AGPL keeps modifications to Utsuwa open, including when a modified version is offered as a network service. Nothing changes for users, self-hosters, or contributors using Utsuwa privately.
Scope of this PR, every license reference in the project:
Prior releases stay MIT permanently. Contributor attribution is unchanged. The largest outside contributor was consulted and approved before this change.
