Reference segments are denoted in red on the genotyping reference file. Color coding has been removed from the genotype_key file.
Addition of new major and minor genotypes and reassignment of minor to major genotypes meeting criteria

Addition of sub-references to account for ongoing evolution of stable segments:

• Updated PB2 gene assignment for Minor10, Minor24, Minor95, Minor99, Minor103
