v1.0.0: IISWC 24

This release contains the code used in the submission for the IISWC 2024 paper. This includes:

• Performance & energy model for three different PIM architectures: subarray-level bit-serial, subarray-level bit-parallel (Fulcrum), bank-level.
• Benchmark suite mentioned in the paper.
