Temp credentials

• Created a small library to:

  • Parse S3 URIs.

  • Read AWS S3 credentials from environment variables.

  • Parse AWS config files to determine a valid set of credentials (if available) for accessing the specified S3 URI. If no valid credentials are found, an error is thrown.

• Added a check to determine whether the input path is an S3 URI. However, this logic does not yet handle all cases and will need to be expanded.

• Tested on Linux and macOS only (not yet tested on Windows).
