removed trailing whitespace in some test directories

There is an old Irish saying:

Does a good father neglect one of his children?
Does a good farmer ignore even his smallest field?
Does a good programmer fail to maintain his code?

@WardF only whitespace removal in h5_test and hdf4_test. I've did it myself and checked it carefully.

I'll do this for libsrc4 and libdispatch after some of the open PRs are merged to avoid confict.

No AI used in this PR. ;-)
