The Humble documentation is too different to include it currently.

I have removed Humble for now, as Humble's documentation is structured quite differently right now. I am not sure whether we should restructure it like the newer ones, as that would probably destroy a couple of link targets. I'll mark this ready for review, as I think, that state would be better than the single-version we had before. |

Current we only show the docs for Rolling, so much better.
Though, it could be nice also get Humble and ROS 1 Noetic in as well.
