Beta'sy

Build against Xcode 11beta.

It builds w/ Xcode 9 and Swift 4

This just adds support for Xcode 9 and Swift 4.

For Xcode based builds, we assume that Xcode 9 is now living in /Applications/Xcode.app (not -beta anymore). I.e. all the module map lookup paths are adjusted.

Note that this still builds as a Swift 3 project by default (3.2 w/ a Swift 4 compiler - which is compatible w/ Swift 4 projects). But it also builds as a Swift 4 project if you want to (set the Swift version in the respective xcconfig).
