Add a python script for converting CSV files downloaded from Fidelity into the ticker config format.
Usage:
./convert-fidelity.py Portfolio_Positions_Jun-09-2024.csv > ticker.yaml
docker run -it --rm -v ticket.yaml:/.ticker.yaml achannarasappa/ticker
