Good work! Although it's a big PR so I have many comments. Maybe you could also add a typedoc.json, a biome.jsonc and a .nvmrc for proper scoped package configurations.
Tip
Next time you create a package do it via pnpm turbo gen and select create-package, it will scaffold everything for you.
