Also creates 3 separate components for each of the Checkbox, TextField and TextAreaField

To Do:

• resolve useCreateChat error
• revert height to 0 on submit

@cbrzn I seem to get this error now when submitting a prompt, but I am unsure what's going on. Would appreciate your assistance

@cedricwaxwing did you reset the db? if so you should remove the cookies & local storage data (with the "Clear site data" button in the console)

@cbrzn I tried reseting my db and clearing all site data/cookies but unfortunately still getting the same error.
