Paquete desplegable para descontar insumos (desinfectantes, papel, gel/jabon, equipo de limpieza) al cierre de cada jornada, sincronizado con el registro de ordenes/rutas completadas. - sql/01: esquema (insumos, existencias por plaza, BOM, jornadas, consumo declarado, ledger de movimientos) con banderas de idempotencia - sql/02: trigger de saldo y funcion procesar_cierre_jornada() (real declarado o estimado por BOM), idempotente ante reintentos - sql/03: vistas de inventario, alertas de reorden y KPIs - sql/04: catalogo y recetas de consumo de arranque - n8n: flujo webhook (AppSheet) + respaldo programado 20:30 - appsheet: cierre de jornada y captura de consumo real - docs: SOP operativo diario Verificado end-to-end contra PostgreSQL 16: descuento por BOM, override declarado, idempotencia (2a corrida = 0 lineas), sincronizacion de ordenes y alerta de stock bajo.
